SUCCESS: Change your mindset

This article highlights the importance of 'mindset' when we approach various aspects of our roles.  If we think of an area of our job as a 'task', we will simply do it to get it out of the way.  However, defining it as a 'skill' makes us work on continuously improving, developing and growing that skill, which in turn leads to success.  

To be more successful, approach the job with the right mindset.
